TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • ORDERS, DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. All items are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. If you purchase an item on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a UK Bank Holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are dispatched via signed for services via Traxs APC overnight and larger items or via DPD

Due to items being shipped via signed for services all our customers must be aware that they need to make arrangements to receive delivery of their orders. Any orders being returned to us due to failure of the customer not being available to receive their delivery will be charged any costs incurred to us by shipping method used.

Orders must be checked at the time of delivery for damage before a signature is given to the courier. As if not, the insurance cover provided by the courier company is invalid.

All our UK postage and packaging charges shown on our quotes and invoices are for UK mainland delivery addresses only. If an item needs to be delivered to a non UK mainland address, a postage quote must be requested before a purchase is made. If an item is purchased before a quote is requested, the buyer of the item will have to pay the difference in postage price before the order can be shipped.

 

We currently do not do International deliveries.

Where the delivery is in an Extended area zone charges may also be applied if the delivery of an order is to be made to what is classed as a remote area.

 

All delivery information provided by the customer must be up to date and in full. E.g. Full name and business name (if applicable), address, post code and a valid contact number (preferably a mobile) must be given for all orders.

 

  • WARRANTY

All our units are dispatched with a 12 month warranty. (Covering from dispatch date)

 

For a warranty to be valid. The unit must be fitted by a qualified technician. Using the correct oils and torque settings. The unit must not be adjusted in any way. Failure to follow these terms will lead to the warranty being void.

 

Should a unit fail, the customer should follow the return procedure.

 

  • RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact us for arrangement of return of unit. This will be at charged to the customer until inspection that the correct terms of warranty have been met. Once we have received the unit and confirmed the terms of warranty have been met, the charge will be refunded and a replacement unit sent to the customer.


  • SURCHARGE

All sold unit prices include the £150 surcharge. Once your previous unit has been sent to us (customer to arrange and pay using their preferred delivery provider within a 2 week window from delivery date) and inspected and is able to be serviced. Customers are refunded their £150. Should the unit not be in servicable condition, the customer will be notified and surcharge will not be refunded.

 

  • STORED CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customer details where a purchase has been made are stored for up to 12 months for warranty purposes.

 

Customer details where a purchase has not been made will be stored up to 3 months then removed.
