Exchange Service
This service is provided on an "exchange basis".
A "surcharge" is applied until the exchange unit is received and checked to be within a serviceable condition.
We will be in contact with you throughout this process while we arrange delivery and collection with a courier. Once the unit has been checked and confirmed to be within a serviceable condition, the surcharge will be refunded.

All of our reconditioned units are covered by a 12 month Guarantee subject to Terms and Conditions.
